Luda Civolani
I´m a psychologist from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, with a Master in Human Resources in the Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas.
A week after I turned my thesis, and I started to work as a Organizational Development Specialist in Nestlé.
I worked there for two years until I changed to Roche as a HR Coordinator. Both incredible experiences in development and learnings that made me confirm that I wanted to keep working in a organizational enviroment.
In 2009 I got married and in 15 days we moved to Barcelona, Spain.
Eventhough the big crisis by that time, in 2 months after I arrived it started my long and broad experience in Novartis.
My experience in Novartis was very versatile, taking 5 positions in 10 years, HR Business Partner, Change Champion, HR BP Senior, UP4 Growth Country Implementation Lead and then UP4 Growth Cluster Lead. In all positions, I Iead cultural change processes with high impact within the organization and for which I am very proud.
In 2013, I decided to do the Coaching Certification at the Escuela Europea de Coaching and unexpectedly it became a transformative experience.
While I was working in Novartis I had three kids, age of 6 (Martín), 4 (Sara) and 2 (Valetín)- my sun, mi star and my raimbow.
During my maternity leave I decided to go to London to get my certification as a Gallup Strengths Coach, the strenghts based model I was already working on it in the company. It was eye opening in the personal development field. I thought it was practical and suitable and that I can use it for leaders, in teams, with companies, or personal and in a familiar enviroments.
That´s how my journey as a Freelance Consultant and I found NonStopTalent. A new model for me but ideal to combine my large family and my work. I feel that I grow, contribute and learn, just as if it was my forth child.
